Well I survived another week. I had a chem test yesterday which I'm hoping will turn out alright. Also, yesterday I met with with Dr. Hartman yesterday and we were able to map out my 4-year plan. It was so helpful. Currently I'm set up for the pre-med route, but it's flexible enough that if I change my mind I can also go for PA school or simply apply to a grad program in biology. Really, I'm just keeping my options open. Also this summer I'm hoping to get my EMT certification if I can figure out where to take the course. Then I can get some experience in the medical field, have future summer job and volunteer opportunities and not to mention that being able to respond to a medical emergency is never a bad skill to have. I also want to get my lifeguard certification as well and hopefully work the summer as a lifeguard. I just have so many plans and I want to make sure I can get everything done in time for summer.
