Prancing through the Meadows

This morning I woke up and it was just such a great day. I pranced over to the cross country course across the street, the cool morning air on my face. I could tell it was a prime day for running. As I ran the race, the euphoria was overwhelming. I felt like quote "I was frolicking through the meadows". Although I only improved my time by 5 seconds from last week, it was great because I didn't even feel fatigued. Oh and fun news, I'm probably going to do indoor track, they need runners and ...wow I run! We had to try on the sweats which are awesome that they're going to give us so yeah that starts as soon as xc is over. After watching the guy's race, I went over to breakfast and all was well at chucks, the bananas were perfectly ripe, and my favorite cereal was completely full. Afterward went to the Bible building to work on homework. Then dinner, and here I am. It's just been a great day so far.

Update on what you missed Thurday and Friday. Thursday, I tragically dropped my key and ID card during chapel spurring on a series of inconveniences, I had to get a temporary pass for Chucks, I couldn't get into Maddox, and I couldn't get into my room. Friday morning I had to get up early, since my card hadn't shown up yet to buy a new one. I went down to campus saftey, dug out the 5 bucks, and got a new card.....literally 10 minutes later, as I'm in my first class, I get an email saying that they've found my card and key. The good news, I don't have to pay $50 dollars for a new key, the bad news, I paid $5 for a new ID card and I can't even use my old one anymore. oh well. Thurday night I went to Joes Java for my ministry and got to help tutor Carlos again. It went really well. Friday night I went with Lauren to beans n cream, then we watched the Bourn Identity and after the presidental debate. I had an early Friday, going to sleep at 10:30. score. And now tonight on the menu...finish the Bourne Idenity, watch an episode of the office and then The Bourne Supremacy. hmmm
