I decided to do a little research to see if it was true that people should drink 8 glasses of water per day. I found out that to be more precise one is supposed to drink half their body weight in ounces of water per day (i.e. if you weigh 100 lbs you should drink 50 oz of water per day.) So this bring me to my point, yesterday I managed to guzzle Nealy 130 oz of water (Thanks to the amazing water bottle Lauren gave my for my birthday I can now keep track) ..And I woke up in the middle of the night thirsty. Is this just a symptom summers in Naples?
Well consider this..
To add to the strangeness of the day, I slept from 5pm yesterday until 7:15am today. So weird.
What is going on...maybe I'm just water and sleep deprived...or maybe worse.
Just thinking about it....and plus this is so blogworthy.
